want the CD as well as paper, please add $10.00 to the study plan

Credit cards are the simplest way to send money out of your country and are NOT subject to bank “exchange” fees. US banks do not accept EC dollar checks, nor do they accept personal or postal checks from countries other than Canada.
Personal checks and money orders are fine. US banks will only take personal checks from US or Canadian banks, and so far do not take Euro-Dollar checks. Postal or bank Money Orders must be in US dollars.
